WVA offers comprehensive vision and ocular health exams for all ages.

This includes tests for:

• Visual acuity and glasses prescriptions

• Binocular performance

• Ocular health - assessed through pupil dilation and/or imaging

• Contact lenses services and prescriptions - offered in addition to your eye exam

• Diagnostic Screenings – offered in addition to your eye exam based on scheduled intervals

What to Expect

• New patients should expect a thorough vision and health evaluation.

• Bring in any glasses you are currently wearing - prescription or over the counter.

• If you wear contacts, please be sure to wear them to your appointment and bring information regarding the brands and the powers.

• Expect to be dilated at your appointment.

• The dilation is mild, and most patients feel comfortable driving when they leave.

• Take some time to talk to our opticians about spectacle lens options and how they can optimize your prescription for premium acuity.
